 介:

黃金雁教授(博士)目前系菠菜资源网金山特聘教授兼博士生導師、菠菜资源网教育測評循證研究中心(https://ercea.ujs.edu.cn/)主任。中國英漢語比較研究會語言測試與評價專業委員會第一屆、第二屆理事會理事。2007年在加拿大京斯頓皇後大學獲得認知研究博士學位(方向為測量、測評與研究方法)。2000年在美國猶他州的楊百翰大學獲得TESOL碩士學位。1989年在中國湖南師範大學獲得英語語言教育學士學位。在加入菠菜资源网之前,他先後擔任美國尼亞加拉大學全職終身正教授和博士生導師、中國湖南大學特聘教授兼博士生導師、以及湖北楚天學者講座教授。黃教授在項目開發和評估方面造詣頗深。2009年,他被遴選為美國TESOL/NCATE國家項目評估專家,負責全國TESOL項目評估。2011年,他又當選美國國家教師認證委員會評估專家理事會理事,負責指導TESOL/NCATE全國項目評審工作。黃教授是一位研究型學者,他倡導跨學科和采用科學方法進行循證研究,在研究範式和方法上具有創新意義。他在測評與測量、高級定量研究方法、ESL/EFL教育、技術和認知方面擁有非常堅實的跨學科知識。他的研究專長包括多變量統計方法、經典測試理論、概化理論、項目反應理論、認知診斷理論、結構方程模型、多層線性模型、以及地理信息系統和數據可視化。黃教授的學術成果也非常突出。已經出版全英文專著30部,國際上公開發表高質量學術期刊論文98篇。他的許多期刊論文都發表在SSCI期刊上,如Assessing WritingLanguage Assessment QuarterlyStudies in Educational EvaluationThe Modern Language JournalAustralasian Journal of Educational TechnologyCurrent Psychology以及Journal of Psychoeducational Assessment
